Most unfriendly service I have ever received!!!

I was needing an item to be shortened and a item to be dry cleaned. I handed the items in and the cashier rang it up and I paid. Once checking the receipt I noticed it only had one item charged. I then went back to the shop where I was told she had forgotten to charge the second item.<br> <br> This is fine everybody makes mistakes but I didn't' want to then pay an exorbitant price just to have and item shortened so I asked for a refund. I have never been met with such bad attitude just to reverse a payment that literally took place 10 minutes before that. You could have sworn I asked her to run a mile for me not a simple task as completing a refund on a machine which tells you step by step how to do it. The attitude of the two women that helped me was shocking and even when I said I would be taking this further as a complaint, not even an apology was given. <br> <br> Service in this country can be bad but this is by far the worst I have seen in a while. You DON\T treat customers as if they dont matter and you could care less. These two women should not work in a customer facing position at all!"
