Mohair pillowcases

A while ago we had a pair of mohair pillowcases dry cleaned. When we got them back they had been damaged, shrunk, and were a different colour. We use dry cleaners for this reason reason, because we know that that's what happens when you machine wash such things. We took it back to Levingers and they were only willing to pay a quarter of the quote price. Now if they had been washed as they should they would have still been in perfect condition, but according to management they are 2nd hand so full price can't be paid. Surely this is just a way of trying to get out of your own mistakes. Levingers *****ed up and now blame it on a paper that wasn't signed, which has never even been offered to us to sign. This is extremely unprofessional and leads to a loss of clients, because not only do I not return there, but everyone is encounter hears this story.
