Lost jacket - no action or compensation

I handed in a jacket for cleaning over a year ago at the Menlyn Maine branch. When I went to collect it they could not find it. It transpired that they lost the jacket and after several calls and emails to both Justice, the branch manager, and Zenobia the Head Office Operations Manager I have not received any compensation for the loss. I will never use them again.
