Loss of clothing item

I sent an expensive jacket for Levingers deluxe cleaning service as it required stain removal. Levingers are known to charge premium prices for supposedly superior service. When I collected my dry cleaning I realized that they had not returned the coat's belt. For the past week I have been phoning the store to retrieve the belt. After incessantly following up they returned the wrong belt-different color and fabric from the coat. They have broken all promises to follow up and get back to me. For such an expensive dry cleaning service this is simply unacceptable
