Levingers Rivonia - horrible service. Wont even return my money for no service.

Still can't believe it. Walked into Levingers to get my shoes fitted with one of those hardened or metal side heels. The lady at the till did not know the their products or the prices. Anywhere, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid. She even said if the pricing was wrong I would not be charged more money. Two weeks later I went back and the shoes were not done. I was connected with the repair guy who took my number and promised to solve the issue. He was to call me, except that he never did. I went back and demanded my shoes back, along the refund. They said they did not keep cash on the premises but would ensure that I got an EFT if I left my bank account. I did. No money came through. So I went back. This time they suggested that I call one one the three numbers displayed near the front - the top number belonged to a lady. I think it was Charmaine. I called her. She was apologetic. Said none of her staff had told her about the issue. She suggested that I got to her flagship business in Hyde Park. I politely declined and said I needed a refund. I even sent her a copy of the receipt on WhatsApp. Still nothing. A few days later I called. No answer. Left a voice note. No response. No refund. A very unexpected and disappointing experience. Each interaction with this business was a let down.
