Levingers not worth it
My experience of Levingers Morningside Shopping Centre has been terrible & unprofessional.I used it for the first time 25 October2020, gave them my 4 work suit Jackets, paid double what the previous dry cleaners would have charged, was told Levingers is expensive because it’s better.I was told to collect 2weeks ago Thurs 3pm, yet I’m still waiting. I still don’t have my jackets, all of which are designer jackets & they have made no attempt to resolve the matter nor to keep me updated on WHY I still don’t have my jackets. Levingers CEO Yadhir Moooloo took over/bought this store from the previous dry cleaning service which was independent and was brilliant but Yadhir’s Levingers service level is poor and certainly not worth the money I have paid.I want my clothes back. A few minutes ago when I called their complaints line it got through to their CEO Yadhir Mooloo who told me I could rant & rave till I was blue in the face and also told me the previous independent dry cleaning service had gone bankrupt because they stole people’s items to the tune of “millions”. I told him this did not happen to me at all nor to my friends & family who had been using previous service for years. I must say I found this CEO’s response to my complaint rather shocking & quite hilarious. Instead of dealing with my matter he deflects the issue by defaming the previous dry cleaning service, what a joke. I am now putting this on Hello Peter so that others can be made aware of the pathetic & sub-optimal & sham of a service I got from Levingers at Morningside Shopping Centre and this was my first time using this new but terrible dry cleaner which popped up after Lockdown. So sad that independent Dry cleaning services could not survive, now we are left with the sub-standard ilk of the likes of Levingers. Lucky for me I have found a new place in Morningside recommended by a friend which I will be using in future. For now I just want my clothes in the good condition they were in, to be given back to me by the sub-standard Levingers
