Levingers Morningside - Appalling

Levingers Morningside Took me so many years to take coats back to any of these establishments. A light brown coat taken in earlier this week is now damaged and has caused this weird marking/pilling of what was once a beautiful soft coat. I’m told I have to bring it back for THEM to assess it and then I may be permitted to complete claim forms. Honestly? Why waste my time. Bottom line is that the coat cannot be replaced and Levingers does not give a continental hoot. I am so disappointed and aggrieved. Disgusting how a service entity treats people’s property.
