Levingers Mall of Africa - Worst Service in the whole of Joburg

If you want stress, then take you dry cleaning to Levingers Mall of Africa. It took them 21calendar days to dry clean 2 coats. I took my dry cleaning to them on the 6th of June 2020. They said it will be ready in 5 days. I went to fetch it 5 days later and it wasn't there. They said I must come back the following week. I went back the following week and it was not there. They said I must come back the following week. I went back the following week and it was still not there. I only got my dry cleaning back yesterday-it took them 21 calendar days to dry clean 2 coats. I had to be the one chasing and asking where the coats are.

As a last resort I sent them an email yesterday morning saying if the coats are not back by the 3rd of July, I am going to lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission. After that email, my coats miraculously appeared and I was told to fetch them yesterday.

Now when I open the plastic, my one coat's belt is missing.

I have 3 blazers that need to be dry cleaned and I am not going to make the mistake of taking them to Levingers Mall of Africa because I don't want to go through the same stress that I just went through.
