Levingers - Just bad business practice plain and simple

The most pathetic retail business ever. At the Benmore store, the dry cleaning always has to go back because the clothes do not come back clean first time around. At the Sandton store, I asked for a tailor to measure my pants for shortening and was informed that both tailors were out shopping at 9am and I should come back in 2 hours. This after I stood behind someone else for 10 minutes. At the Hyde Park store, I took in a pair of shoes for repair. Paid R126-00 and the shoes are ruined. The so-called manageress has not bothered to respond to my message and the store could not refund me because she was on holiday. This is the same manageress that I spoke to with regards to Sandton and she was quick to point out that that store was privately owned. Wonder what the excuse is with Hyde Park? They do not deserve to remain in business and I will make it my business to dissuade all and sundry from using this excuse for a business
