Levingers has shrunk my very expensive suit to a size for a small child although the instruction was visible how to clean

<p>i am having a terrible experience with the Levingers - the Kyalami Downs branch has sent my beautiful and expensive Channel style suit for cleaning and it came back totaly shrank!! i could ot accept it back so they said the will send it to theis lab and address my grievience , it was in December, i kept on going to the store first to see if anything was done to compensate me, but nothing has been addressed!Then i aske to speak to the CEO - Yadhir Mooloo and Elizabeth Strydom assoured me that she will ask him to solve the problem.Nothing happened, i was calling every seconf day and nobody has done anything about it.</p> <p>They have my suit completly shrank and i have nothing !!</p> <p>Their politics is to tell the customer that they will call back but they never do!!This way they want the problem to go away as they know that the client will be busy and tired to address their grievience.</p> <p>I want compensation for my suit!!</p>
