LEVINGERS EPSOM DOWN: DAMAGED MY GARMENTS AND ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>A couple weeks back I took garments to Levingers Epsom Downs for dry cleaning. 2 of our garments came back damaged and in a condition that definitely is not aligned with normal dry cleaning standards. Upon inspection of garments we noticed that the 1 garment had holes, the zip was broken and had strange divots in the fabric. 2 of our garments were over-pressed, exposing the facing on the outside of the garment (even though they claim not to own an iron). Garments had a shiny ripple effect from over-pressing and appeared to have been dragged on the floor and stepped on.</p> <p>We have laid a formal complaint with Jonathan Wheeler, the owner of the Levinger's in Epsom Downs. We have called and emailed him several times- with ZERO significant action being taken. Management has no regard for the fact that my garments are now damaged. </p> <p>Over the passed 3 weeks I have been dealing with their Operations Manager Mduduzi and the Owner Jonathan Wheeler, both don't have any interest in FULLY dealing with this situation. Instead I am constantly greeted with complete disdain. Jonathan (the owner) in particular has been extremely condescending and arrogant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Management also claimed that an investigation into the matter will be done. Our garments were inspected at our premises by both Mdu and Jonathan- since then NO action has been taken, we have still not gotten any answers as to why our garments were damaged. They are now avoiding my emails and calls, and are ignoring my request for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I refuse to deal with them. I will NEVER use their services again and advise that anyone who uses Levingers be aware of the way in which they conduct business. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL.</p> <p> </p> <p>MY COMPLAINT IS CLEARLY NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT JUDGING FROM LEVINGERS EPSOM DOWNS POOR REVIEWS ON HELLO PETER </p>
