Levingers - CANNOT EVEN REPAIR A BELT

So even after complaining, going to Hello Peter they still trying to say they could not find the premises to collect the belt. I send the address and it CLEARLY says Chloorkop - they thought I was in Mall of Africa in Midrand. Don't you care about reviews. Fix my belt properly or refund me so I can go elsewhere and get it done properly.
