<p>Dropped off a bag and a pair of shoes on the 31 July and was told to collect them the following monday. Come Monday the shoes were done and the bag was not. To cut a long story short, I finally was able to collect my bag today (14 August) and that's not all. The repair work is absolutely atrocious! Pieces of leather were basically superglued to secure the handle. I can superglue my own damn bag what I wanted was it to repaired and sewn neatly instead I'm left with this mess!!! </p>
