This is now the second time that my items have mysteriously disappeared!!! The staff have a no care attitude and items go missing... first a very sentimental bronzed hand and foot print and now 3 pairs of shoes... this is absolutely ridiculous!!! No sense of responsibility or care that items go missing and no compensation what so ever!! Not that I even want the compensation I want my stuff back.

Don’t waste your time or money and even more so you can’t trust this branch with you personal and sentimental items!!
