Levingers, Bassonia: Extremely Poor Service.

I’d like to draw attention to the Levingers branch of Bassonia.

I’ve have used this branch of Levingers twice and after the first uncomfortable experience, I hoped that the second time would yield more positive results.

Unfortunately my blood pressure has hit stratospheric heights and I will never return to the Bassonia branch. I submitted a single article of clothing to have 3 patches sewed. After paying for the service upfront and returning to collect my article of clothing AFTER the due date for collection I was informed that the work had not yet started.

I returned to Levingers Bassonia 4 days after my previous visit and my article of clothing STILL has not been mended.

This branch seemingly doesn’t have a filing system for completed work and I was asked on both occasions what my piece of clothing looked like.

I am dismayed at the utter lack of any sort of professional conduct nevermind the fact that after 7 days, Levingers Bassonia still has even not started mending my one single article of clothing.

I will never return to this branch.
