Levingers bad service

On the 16/01/23 my husband took his stuff to them Levingers Bassonia 3items to be precise and after 2weeks or so he received the two items and he was told that the 3rd item which was an expensive jacket it’s not yet back from the cleaners and he will be called when it’s ready for collection, time went pass by and no call from them until he went there and to his surprise it was house to let.He contacted their head office and honestly they are not helping at all they are playing hide and seek and not being accountable he tried contacting head office and are making him run from pillar to post.We need that jacket back as soon as possible.She spoke to Samantha from head office and she has not helped at all.
