Levingers are a bunch of ****s

I contacted Levingers directly via their website as I have a New York Yankees 9FORTY League Black/White Cap and I wanted to ensure they could clean the cap correctly as I paid R600 for the cap.

I received confirmation that they were able to do this type of cap and I went to Levingers in Clearwater mall in March 2024. The cap was returned 2 weeks later, the badge was off, and the cap was completely deformed and shape was gone, basically the cap was thrown into the washing machine.

I disputed this and I wanted feedback and understanding of what went wrong. It took more than a month until the cap was sent back to the store and the only changes was the badge was restuck on the lid.

Since then, the cap was resent back to head office, it's been 2 months and not a single person has contacted me or provided me with any type off feedback.

I hope this will spark their interest, should it not, the ombudsman is my next stop, ****s in this country and must be stopped!
