Leather boots irreversibly damaged

took my leather boots for a zip replacement. The quality of the workmanship was so poor that the leather now has holes in it and some leather is kissing. They are irreversibly damaged.

In addition in order to cover up their mistake they made alterations to the boots without my permission and in doing so damaged them further.

The work took 5 weeks and the boots were shuttled between the branch in Epsom Downs and Chilli Lane, each time making the work worse.

I will NEVER use them for any work again as I might as well throw my expensive boots onto the bin.
