Lazy Levingers!

Shocking customer service from zombie-like staff. who are eating most of the time. Pricey, poor quality - my son took his suit back 3 times for sweat stains under the arms which they failed to clean. And to add insult to injury, they want you to pay up front! Isn't there something in the Consumer Protection Act that prohibits you from charging before you've provided the service??
