Lack of Responsibility

I sent my coat on Friday for dry cleaning at this shop and was advised to fetch it on Tuesday, on Tuesday I went to the shop was advise that its not there and was told to come back on Wednesday morning. I went an hour and a half ago to the shop and still waiting for my coat to come. It seems no one knows where my coat is. I called the \Head office"and the lady that I spoke to was so useless and not even willing to listen kept on telling me she will call me back. <br> Never again will I ever use this franchise and if anyone is reading this try another dry cleaner if you want proper service.
