Horrible service

Worst possible service with zero accountability. Took my shoes in for a cleaning service and they came back looking like someone had been running a marathon in them and they were still dirty. My shoes had only been worn once and I just wanted them to still be clean but did I not know that they’d ruin them. This is after receiving wet clothes, which I had to take to another laundromat because they were smelling.
