Horrible service

My husband took his shoes to Levingers in Clearwater mall to be repaired 2 months ago and we had to pay for them before they can do anything to them. When we gave them the shoes we advised them to replace the sole with the exact sole the shoes had and they guy that assisted us said they can do that. A couple of weeks later we went to fetch the shoes and we shocked to see what they did to them. We asked they to fix them we still waiting for the shoes to be fixed. We spoke to the manager of the shop Casundra she said she will sort it but nothing has been heard from her , she even promised to call us back we still waiting. And guess what she doesn't even take our call she is never at the office what kind of a manager does that clearly she doesn't give a give a Damn she got her money.
