Frustrated by bad service at Mall of Africa

I dropped off school blazers on Monday the 16th at Mall of Africa and I was told to collect on the 20th. I went there to collect only to find out that they moved to China town. No phone call, no notification, no phone number to call, no details about the new shop they moved to??? The store at China the town closes early and they don’t operate on Sundays. My kids needed their blazers for school especially the one who was going back to boarding school in Potchefstroom. I spoke to the operations manager for China town who gave me contact details for Mall of Africa. Victoria why aren’t you getting back to me?My child is without her blazer at school! I paid on full for your bad service, you failed to deliver and now you’re not responding. Your head office must make a plan to get that blazer to Potchefstroom!!!
