Dry cleaning

Gave in table cloth to be cleaned week ago standing in shop for 30mins can't get any feedback on where my item is. No escalation in place attendant says head office says they can't give number out they must handle issue. Lady tells me the owner my nation I must understand. How can people be expected to handle client if these are thd responses. This is totallly unacceptable service. Well out suits will be cleaned elsewhere going forward
