Don't EVER use this store...REALLY.

I have NEVER been so diasapiinted and shocked with a level of service or s**** as I have by this store.

I handed in my fiancé's boots to have a zipper. They replaced only the slider but removed the pins to keep it in place. When the zipper came off when she tried to zip it up for the first time, I had to bring it back.

I was then told that I would have to pay for them to do the job properly because they dont know that the pins were in place when I brought it in initially. I brought them the other boot to prove that the pins were in place and correctly installed before they removed them.

I was told that I can collect on Monday, when I arrived, they had not done anything...I was asked to return on Friday.

I just collected the boots to find the incorrect pins had been used and there is 1 Silver and 1 gold...on THE SAME BOOT!!

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.

I am going to write to the Mall management and ask them to shut this store down.
