DO NOT USE LEVINGERS Mall of Africa for dry cleaning

I took my wedding dress to Levingers Mall of Africa in the middle of July for dry cleaning and they burned it on the left sleeve.

I collected the dress on 26 July just around 3pm as instructed and i was heading home for Funeral. On the slip it written burnt mark on right sleeve, i checked it and told them i will check it properly as am rushing home for Funeral

I arrived Sunday 28 July at around 07:45pmand started checking the dress and the left sleeve is burned.I send them email immediately to Levingers raising my complaints and Operations Manager for Levingers Franchising responded saying they looking into it. I followed up with them and i was told she told me the dress left their store in good condition and they claimed that they have various inspection and cameras in their premises.

To cut the story short so i have requested her to share the footage when the dress arrived at Mall of Africa( so that i can see if they actually check them) from their laundry place and inspection footage and she responded by saying unfortunately they cannot go back far on their camera and cannot take responsibility on a item that has left the store and she will give me final communication of which am still waiting for.
