Disappointed and shocked

My cousin took in our coats for dry cleaning purposes and only to be told that they can't find our coats. She waited for almost an hour at their store for them to check and locate the coats. I have always trusted and re**** on their services, however I am shocked at how they just misplaced our coats. This is just not acceptable.
