DESTROYED CURTAINS WITH NO REMORSE

Took some curtains for dry cleaning, made you sign a disclaimer re shrinkage and colour matching.<br> <br> however on receipt, curtains still wet, colour had run in some, not others, and the lining was completely destroyed. burnt, black and with holes all over. <br> <br> Brought this to there attention, was only referred to the disclaimer, no apologies, no remorse, took ages to get back to me, not a care in the world. People who run their business like don't deserve to be in business.<br> <br> Atrocious attitude, pity one cannot totally boycott businesses like this so they realise that they are not beyond reproach. Will never use them again. if you cant provide a 100% service don't provide it - don't make customers sign a disclaimer and wash your hands of the whole situation when things go wrong <br> <br> The disclaimer was in fact not comprehensive and did not cover the damage done, lets see how they deal with that, I guess nothing will happen and it will be business as usual <br>
