Damaged coat

Hi I took my coat to get dry cleaned and on Sunday I found my coat in a state whereby: -something was burnt on my jacket -the monogram has been ruined -staples found in many areas of the coat

This coat is not just a coat its a Burberry trench Coat and the manager has since not rep**** to any of my calls and this is ridiculous!

if the staff did not know how to dry clean the item phone the customer before damaging the item.
