Charged for a repair that wasn't done

December 2014: Took in a pair of jeans to have a zip replaced. <br> January 2015: Picked up jeans. Zip was sticky and stiff, but closing at least. <br> March 2015: Teeth of the zip comes off due to sticky zip.<br> April 2015: Zip breaks. <br> Go to Levinger's to inquire. First thing they tell me is that the zip is not their's, then they tell me the zip is still the original so it was never replaced. I don't have the receipt but I reckon they can check on their records. Then they tell me they can't find me on the system. Even though I have been there three times in the past. After this they tell me they changed their system in January and wiped out all the old records. <br> <br> So, in other words, they charged me R110 for a replacing a zip that wasn't replaced, and palmed it off as a new zip.<br>
