Boots still not fixed since June 2014, waiting!!

Good Day,<br> <br> I send my brown boots for enlargement with elastic, even gave them a sample extra black boots to show them how to enlarge the upper leg part of the boots. Every time I pop there they tell me that they do not have somebody to do it, somebody whom they hoped to fix the boot was ill, the other skilled person left the company, this and that. I paid R349 to get the boots fixed, they then came back to say the head office says I should fix my other shoes to replace the money paid since they are struggling to fix my boots. Told them that I want my refund, they only telling me after a year that they can not fix my boots and will not give me refund. I need the boots fixed or I need my full refund released no later than Thursday 30/04/2015.
