Bad service

I had bad experience with Levingers Bassonia shopping Centre Comaro view I took my black skirt which was damaged from them I then took it back to complain but the owner there is not helpful at all They people who works in their factory for laundry they are very useless ,careless and so unprofessional including the Glen Mall I’m also disappointed the zip of my dress came damaged only reliased on the 15 December 2018 when I was wearing it It clearly shows they using *********** staff and very useless reason why I’m saying this they say it’s Levingers which is a well known laundry and expensive but *********** staff and owner of Comaro view does not even know what is customer service only cares for money

I took the skirt that Levingers damaged to exclusive dry cleaners when I recently went to Cape Town it was fixed and perfect which took more than 4 months to get feed back from Levingers regarding my skirt including their useless staff from call Centre They came with an excuse that Forever New garment where I bought it and was not the first time i took it to the dry cleaners

I’m so disappointed with them and will not suggest to anyone with expensive garment to use any Levingers other dry cleaners way better than Levingers and not popular as them
