Appalling customer service - levingers cradlestone

<p>so my jacket is damaged after taking it to get cleaned, this is understandable such happens </p> <p> </p> <p>my discontentment comes from the manger that has a lack lusted attempt in getting this matter resolved </p> <p> </p> <p>its been 3 days and I have had no feedback to my problem ... Few attempts from my side to follow up with the manager as I have not heard from her, she then responses to my text messages in a very rude and unprofessional manner </p> <p> </p> <p>Elizabeth is the manager i am dealing with, that seems to have no care of customers </p>
