2 year problem

As a regular (almost weekly) customer of Levingers, I sent my special laundry items for cleaning as usual. In the process my blouse was terribly damaged- the colours completely drained out. For two years I have pursued this matter with no acceptable response. Only late this year did I mert a representative who not only was ill prepared for the meeting, but sought to find blame in myself for the damaged blouse stating no chemicals were used in the cleaning of the product. To date: Levingers accept no responsibility, they have lost a loyal, faithful customer and still hold posession of my blouse. Their service and handling of this issues has been unacceptable.
