My partner and I paid the full quoted trip to Cape back in April for today dated 20/09/22. Multiple follow up were done with Levin for confirmation of flights and accommodation which we then received after these follow-ups about weeks ago. So we get to airport earlier around 5 am to check in only to find out that our flights are not booked, only seats are reserved. Something says to my partner that he call the hotel and the response from the hotel was, that a cancellation was done hours ago. We call the agent's number and all his numbers go to voicemail.
