Levin Travel is a *******!!!

*******!!!! Levin Travel is the worst travel agent I have ever come across. We booked a holiday package with him to Turkey. We paid the full amount of the package, which was about R80k in total. Two weeks before departure, he could not produce any confirmed bookings. No flights confirmed and kept changing accommodation bookings. Because we had started pestering him and asking questions. He booked us a flight with Qatar Airlines and sent us a booking reference, only to cancel it 2 days later. When we asked him why he cancelled it, he told us that he needed to make slight changes. This is now in the week that we are supposed to travel. At that point he was no longer answering calls and text messages and kept making excuses that he is going to call back, which he did not do and by the time we managed to get hold of him he would always complain about him having a low battery and how his battery will die any moment and we will not be able to get hold of him. After we realised that we are not going to get any booking confirmations from this guy, we asked for our money back. He ignored our calls and text messages and eventually he blocked us.

We did not go on our holiday trip and we do not have our money. We are taking the necessary legal action in an effort to recover our money.
