Loan Approved then NO payout and cannot get ahold of anyone

Loan Was Approved online , debi check mandate was accepted , then no payout and now i cannot get ahold of anyone to either see why the loan wasnt paid or top cancel the debi check mandate tried E-Mailing, Watsapp as well as calling, SEEMS THIS BUSINESS IS NO LONGER IN OPERATION APPROVES LOANS BUT NEVER PAYS AND MUST CANCEL DEBI CHECK MANDATES BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY
