Terrible attitude and service should be their slogan

After renting a property from these people for 8 months, I had been offered a promotion at work this required me to relocate. I then gave in my notice and acknowledged the early cancellation fee. One of their rental agents brought a couple of people around to view the unit and told me how much better and cleaner the unit was since we had moved in. The following day I was told that there is an application in and that the ITC scores were clear and the couple would like to move in a month earlier than they had advertised (bare in mind i gave 2 months notice and also informed them that I was flexible with the move out date). I then contacted the landlord from my new home and arranged that I could move in sooner as his house was vacant at the time. 3 days later I was contacted by the Financial director who is a insufferable human being and was told that, that application was declined... WHICH IT WAS NOT... The owner decided that she wanted to move back into her own home and only wanted a tenant for 6 months.... so they cancelled their application. which makes the Financial manager now a **** too. They were then forcing me to stay on a additional month. which I could not do as I had now nearly a week before this arranged to move into our new home. 390km away I might add. Recently I have done an application on a new home and low and behold LETTING PEOPLE ROODEPOORT come up on my ITC score stating I owe them a months rental and more. Contact Carolynne Parsons and the same fight as before breaks out. The condescending tones from her emails as well as victim mentality some how starts to bore you. I am now going to spread this story far and wide until I have no one left who would listen.. Letting People Roodepoort have now affected my credit score but luckily for them there are estate agents out there that can actually differentiate between ethical and *********...
