Do not support this franchise

I entrusted my house to be let out. I had a very difficult tenant. On exiting an unsatisfactory inspection was done and they gave the go ahead to refund the tenant without consulting me. I sent them the invoices. I am now out of pocket to repair my property. The management are not interested and accused me of lying. I have photos. My emails and calls get ignored as they don't care to discuss it. They are not a caring business.They have taken my money without giving me service. Every department lacks in efficiency and care for the customer! The response is always that they are too busy to deal with issues!
