DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

Never rent from Connie van der Merwe. He is working under the name Letting Leaders. They are quick to take your deposit, don't do any inspection when moving in, don't do maintenance at all, dont send you a detailed municipality account. They just send you an invoice from Letting Leaders with an amount. They advertise the place for a certain amount, but when it comes to paying your rent they add costs which was not discussed with you before moving in. I was already settled and unpacked, then only got my contract. 2 weeks after I moved in. When I moved out, they deducted additional costs eg commission, HOA Levies, bond repayments etc. When I contacted Connie he said I must read my contract. Do not trust them
