I sent a termination letter in July already and Heirich accepted my termination and sent me an email confirming the cancellation of my unit.

I heard companies on numerous occasions that unit 154 Vermont Estate BurGundy was not suitable for human living. The drains were constantly blocked in that unit. There was constant smell of poo when I cancel you now expect me to market a unit that was blocked the very same I moved in. The very same unit that was always smelly. You have not reconciled my deposit and paid me back what is due to me instead you are now billing me for a unit I moved out of end July 2017.

Letting property since when do U expect tenants to do your job. Are you not the Rental agents. Who must I get to come and stay in a stinking place.

What happened to my deposit. Do you make it your mission to ask for huge deposit amounts only for you to deduct huge chunks of that money insteading of paying me back my full amount.
