Bad Management for taking responsibility of an injury in their Premises

I had an injury on Letsheng Premises over the Easter weekend and I was a guest, only to find out the injury was worse than it looked after consulting with an Orthopedic Surgeon. Before my operation on knee I obtained the medical bill from the Doctors room and approached the Lodge to ask for assistance with the co payments of the surgery I was told they cancelled their insurance and they cant help with a cent towards paying the medical bills. later I was told there is an "enter at your own risk "on the outside of the wall. i have never heard that you being a guest and told to enter at your own risk. I have been trying to make arrangement with managements to meet each other half way she asked why did I opt to use private hospitals instead of government if I could not afford the Private Hospital bills. She was not remorseful towards the whole situation and there was no liability and indemnity information about being injured on the property what so ever now Im getting this very cold and rude feedback from the management of the lodge. Never have i ever seen such in my whole travel History and this was my first time in the Free State.
