Complaint against Let's Study

I booked with this institute to study, information was passed onto me by a lady called belinda who was very happy to sign me up that process took 2 months I heard nothing from her, then towards a certain time of month due to sales she calls me up signs me up sends the invoice I pay my deposit,then she disappears again after 6 weeks of me calling chasing her , I recieve the books only to realise these subjects was not what was discussed again contact was made still no answer eventually a very efficient Ulandi assisted me ,I then was told I will deal with Charmaine in accounts who will refund me after really making every effort to swap my course unfortunately the insitiute did not offer what I needed, Charmain then requested the books be returned, 3 months later Hennie who is the person in charge ignores my messages and Charmaine tells me she has no idea about this after being the person who gave me the address to send books unused and in the package still, 3 months later still no refund on my deposit after signing of the cancellation etc....wait for it... I am now getting calls and emails to settle my balance for my course which I cancelled and never did ...very unprofessional and very dishonest institute to deal with.
