‼️WARNING‼️ LET'S REMEMBER WEDDING GIFTS

WARNING‼️... about a local wedding supplier and her business Let's Remember! She advertises on this group A LOT!!!! I placed my initial wedding order with her during January of this year and started paying her on the 31st of Jan with two follow up installments of R2000 at a time, totalling R6000. As we all know, weddings are expensive and it's not always possible to pay all expenses at once. My 2 follow up payments were done by April. I arranged with her, to pay the small outstanding balace, when I receive my products for our wedding which is during March 2024. In the mean time, I requested her to finish my brides****s boxes, groomsman boxes and our parents boxes and forward it to me so long, as I have other items to add to the boxes. The boxes cost only a fraction of the amount of which I've already paid over to her, the supplier. I sent her a complete list of names and items per box and exactly how it should be printed. She committed that the boxes will be done by the 1st or latest 2nd week in August. I also stayed in touch with her, checking and asking if we are still on track. She rep**** that they are, she ordered the items for the girls and will forward me the designs for printing approval. I had to ask her NUMEROUS times for info and updates, but she always had some kind of story or lame excuse why there is a delay! VERY LONG story short and many What's App messages later, of which I have the proof to show, I canceled my order with this supplier, requesting a full refund of R6000, explaining to her that I experience her as being totally unreliable with her service. Up to date, I have nòthing to show from my order and now battling to get a refund, whilst she had nò expenses involving my order thus far. Apparently she is unable to repay my R6000, or rather according to her she can, BUT only in installments of R500 until the R6000 is paid up. My question is, where has my money gone? Seeing that she hasn't provided me with any products, what did she do with my money? Isn't she supposed to keep MY money aside, which I paid her for MY order and products ??? Worst part is... when I spoke to her yesterday 05th Sept ... she didn't even have my wedding date correct!!! According to her I was, in hèr words ... "only getting married next year in MAY so why the rush?" !!! So she is of meaning that I am UNREASONABLE and should not be upset, because there is no rush! For a bride there is always a rush and suppliers are supposed to help lighten the load, not cause more stress. There was a legitimate reason why I NEEDED the boxes now, but there was no concern in this world on her side. I will never ever recommend her for any occasion, especially brides! She has absolutely ruined this special journey for me and provides the WORST customer service ever! I am not sure what other brides went through to get their products from her, because she actually posts a lot of photos of products she's provided for clients. Perhaps I just wasn't as important to her as other clients. If you are a bride to be, considering to use Let's Remember, PLEASE THINK TWICE!!! AND THEN THINK AGAIN! I'm having a terrible and nerve wrecking experience with this supplier, with whom I am now proceeding in legal action for my full money refund from her.
