Prebooked for 14 with International guests.Arrived and seated in a stuffy hot area upstairs.<br> Drinks orders took a long time,but food took over 45 minutes.Food arrived one meal at a time over 20 minutes forcing people to eat in shifts.Lots of meals were ice cold and medium meals were simply reheated,burnt and went to well done.Sauces were wrong and we were running up and down stairs trying to get meals sorted out.Kids waited over 35 minutes for simple kids meals.Poor staff service.Almost no management supervision and had to run around trying to pay.Owners details are sketchy as Manager couldn't provide anything.In my opinion the worst experience at a restaurant in over 20 years and a guarantee I will never go back.
