Bad food and Service

Went to Let's Meat in Bellairs for the first time on 26 June 2015. Please note the following - 1. We order hamburger and request of piece of cheddar on hamburger can be substitute for piece of mozzarella as my daughter is lactose intolerant. We were told NO substitutions. We can have piece of cheese but must pay. 2. Same hamburger arrived with no chips, No gherkins and no Parmesan cheese. When we requested missing ingredients, we were told kitchen has run out - no apology, no offer of other meal rather, no discount. 3. All food arrived cold. 5. Calamari main course suppose to come in lemon butter sauce, only had very very peppery something 6. Vegetable accompaniments were cold, very salty to almost point of inedible and very oily 7. No Wifi for customers not even for restricted time 8. No manager on duty 9. Piece of foil offered for food take away at end of meal 10. On leaving we saw kitchen - total chaos, water streaming over floors, plates broke, noisy etc. 11. Waiter kept on laughing at our complaints and told us he was manager. This is not cheap restaurant. We felt sick.
