Worst Experience at Cresta Mall

I had the worst treatment ever at let's go bowling Cresta. We arrived at the front desk and the attendant was extremely rude and not keen to help. He said we must wait for 20minutes because the last lane will be cleared and patiently we did. After 15mins we see the last lane is clear I approach him again and he says they are customers ahead of me I must wait another 20minutes. Calmly I ask "you said the last lane is for me" and he responds "do you want to speak to my manager" I respond ok let me get the understanding from him the manager approaches me in a hostile manner accusing me of calling his employee a ******. Before I could respond the manager threatens to call security and ban me and my family from Cresta Mall. What kind of business does such?
