Terrible staff

I have never gone out and experienced such poor service before. The staff are extremely rude. And almost never present when needed. There is often a queue of people waiting for a long period of time at the till where no staff members can be seen. The barman lacks good service and is very slow. The machines are glitchy and problematic. The staff members were shouting at customers. Overall a terrible experience.
