Ladies and girls beware

We arrived at the Claremont branch and it was load shedding. As we had driven a long way, we (mom and two girls) decided to wait it out. Girls were getting bored and got up and walked around. There was still some light so far from complete darkness. The girls were taking selfies and went behind the bar, I will also add that there is no sign that says no entry. Next minute a staff comes bounding in from the smoking room and proceeds to shout at my girls. I told him he had no right to scream at my girls and of course an argument continued. Nobody has any right to scream at other people’s kids, especially when they are under age! He should have spoken to me as the parent, which I was trying to relay to him. He then says he was not shouting and told some other guy to “deal” with me. You then have about 4-5 of the staff members having their say! Absolutely shocking.

My girls still asked why he was so aggressive towards them, they weren’t doing anything wrong. Again I will add that there are no signs saying no entry! They were purely looking at all the old records and posters up on the wall.

I bet if I had a man with me, he would never had done what he did.

Becareful ladies with your girls he is a nothing more than a bully showing off in front of his female colleagues! We have always frequented Let’s go Bowling, had our kids birthday parties there but I can assure you, we will not go back unless I have my husband with me for protection against abusive staff members!

The way the staff carried on afterwards in their smoking room was unbelievable! Shocking for two young girls to see adults behave in this manner!
