Poor service, no communication

<p>I dropped a suit and shirt off at Let's Do Laundry Hazeldean on Monday 3 October for dry cleaning, paid up front paid up front and expected to have them back and cleaned by Friday. By Friday I hadn't heard anything from them yet, so I went in and was told that my shirt wasn't ready yet, that it would be ready by the next day, Saturday. So here I am on Saturday sitting in the shop and my shirt isn't ready. I've been asked to wait for 5 minutes as they need to "rectify" something. I can clearly see that they are rushing to get my shirt ready, after having it for 5 full days.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is poor and the staff are unprofessional. Won't be using Let's Do Laundry at Hazeldean ever again.</p>
